From generations in oil and gas, Marcia Leonard has stepped fully into power generation and decarbonization.
Marcia is the host of the Elemental Energy podcast – where she simplifies decarbonization and bridges the conventional energy mindset with a vibrant view of energy transformation. She further lives out her passion and purpose helping educate others around the evolving energy landscape, promoting low carbon energy technologies. Marcia’s curiosity for science and energy led to her degree in molecular biology from Texas Lutheran University as well as inspiring her to become a decarbonization advocate. When not working, her passions include gardening, raising three daughters and laughing, which she does frequently on the podcast.
